Founder:

Mason Wartman

What they do:

Located in the Jefferson Hospital Area of beautiful Center City Philadelphia, Rosa’s Fresh Pizza believes that Pizza should be fresh and cheap.  With such a rich Cheesesteak culture, Philadelphia has long neglected an old favorite: the Pizza Pie!

You see, at Rosa’s Fresh Pizza, we’ve made a promise.  A promise to our hardworking customers to always have a fresh pizza waiting for them upon their arrival.

Yet the best is this: In March 2014, a customer asked he could buy a slice for someone in need. Since that day, more than 8,000 of the cheese slices, which have been lauded as delicious, have been donated in the nine months since the program was born. You can even buy a slice online now. Homeless people are welcome to eat the pre-ordered pizza and have a great time at Rosa’s.

As an addition, you can buy t-shirts and sweatshirts and Mason donates 7 slides for each sale.
